Lorien Moore

Lorien Moore is SVP, Business Operations. She joined at the company’s inception in 2025, building its G&A and operational infrastructure from the ground up, including regulatory operations, clinical manufacturing and program management.

She brings over 20 years of biotechnology experience spanning finance, operations, business development, program management, and corporate strategy. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Vesigen Therapeutics, where she led the company’s G&A functions and business development activities, raised $31 million financing, and guided the company through its asset sale to Turn Biotechnologies.

Lorien previously led new product planning at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, supporting clinical stage oncology programs including therapies for myeloproliferative neoplasms and solid tumors. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Yumanity, Flexion, Seres, and Cubist – leading Seres alliance management of a $1.9 billion partnership with Nestlé Health Science, building Cubist’s European headquarters as part of the company’s international expansion, and managed asset transitions and company integrations. Before moving to biotech, she worked in finance, marketing, and sales at P&G, Gillette and Ford. 

Lorien holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois.
