Brad Prosek

Brad Prosek is our President and CEO. He has been learning and building across the biotechnology industry for over 25 years. 

In late 2024, Brad finished a 2-year run as an Operating Partner with EcoR1 Capital. Prior operating experience culminated with his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, an oncology-focused biotech company that was acquired by MorphoSys AG in July 2021. Over his time at Constellation, Brad built and led the Business Development, New Product Planning and Program Leadership groups. In addition to Constellation, Brad contributed to building Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Biogen, and Covance Market Access Services. Brad’s earlier experience spans corporate development, strategy and commercial roles in the US and Europe. 

He serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Epikast, Inc., a commercial and medical affairs support company serving biopharma clients. 

Brad holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University with a concentration in Science & Technology.
